Janet Zelenczuk had been dreaming of a large kitchen for her Surbiton home and, after she’d had an extension built to house it, she went ahead and had her kitchen designed. She just needed someone she could trust to install it.
Janet took to Check-a-Trade and found Aspire. We met with her and took her along to see a previous kitchen we’d worked on so she could see our work first hand. We provided her with a quote for the kitchen installation which she accepted. Janet really wanted the work to be finished within a short time frame, so we arranged a schedule to suit her requirements.
Triple Checking all the Details
Because Janet had selected her kitchen from a trade supplier, we went ahead and purchased it for her to make things easier. The kitchen designer had drawn up plans and in cases where we’re not engaged to work on the design ourselves, we’ll always triple check everything to ensure it works in practice.
On this occasion, we found that the plans didn’t quite work, as they’d been drawn up before the extension build had completed. We discussed some alternative options with Janet, and adapted the plans to suit.
Part of our job was to source appliances for the new kitchen and again, we ensured these would all fit perfectly into the design. “They were so careful with the detail,” said Janet. “They stopped to think about things, took their time. They even obsessed over lining up the handles on the furniture. And the granite worktop was just perfect!”
Thoroughly Delighted
Janet was delighted with the whole process, and with her finished kitchen, commenting, “I’m very impressed, it was all so professional and efficient. It’s so nice to have a project cruise along like that – it doesn’t happen often with building. I’d recommend Aspire without hesitation.”
